Returns and Exchanges

Due to the personal care and hygiene nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered.

However, we will offer a replacement or refund in the following situations:

  • The product received is damaged during transit

  • The product delivered is incorrect

  • The product received is defective
