Use lukewarm water to wet your body. Avoid hot water, as it depletes your skin of its natural oils.
Take a scoop of the body scrub onto your wet palm.
Gently rub the body scrub on your skin in circular motions, applying a little pressure. Start applying from the neck and work your way down to your feet. You can also mix the product with milk or yoghurt for added moisturising benefits.
Scrub your skin for 30 seconds and rinse it thoroughly with lukewarm water.
Pat your skin almost dry with a clean towel. - Moisturise your skin while it is slightly damp to ensure it works into your skin and hydrates it.
