- Use lukewarm water to wet your body. Avoid hot water, as it depletes your skin of its natural oils.
- Take a scoop of the body scrub onto your wet palm.
- Gently rub the body scrub on your skin in circular motions, applying a little pressure. Start applying from the neck and work your way down to your feet. You can also mix the product with milk or yoghurt for added moisturising benefits.
- Scrub your skin for 30 seconds and rinse it thoroughly with lukewarm water.
- Pat your skin almost dry with a clean towel.
- Moisturise your skin while it is slightly damp to ensure it works into your skin and hydrates it.
