Seethala is the founder of Saka Organics and is on the verge of graduating with an undergraduate degree in management studies. Her entrepreneurial journey began with a small livelihood project at Rishi Valley School, which achieved recognition both in school and during the first year of Saka Organics. This venture was further developed and incubated at IIM Bangalore, where she gained crucial insights and support for scaling her business. Coming from a family with a long history of building businesses, Seethala has a deep-rooted passion for entrepreneurship. Outside of her professional pursuits, she enjoys playing the piano and spending time with her dogs.

Aarti Iyer brings over 22 years of diverse marketing and business strategy experience to the Saka Organics team. She has worked across various industries, including FMCG, fashion, hospitality, education, consumer durables, agriculture, animal feed, technology, real estate, paints, healthcare, and video games. A passionate brand builder, Aarti has built national brand status for Unibic Cookies, introduced digital interventions for Stove Kraft, and developed brand strategies for Nippon Paint, Pril, Ti Cycles, Mentos, among others. She has also created vision and positioning for business groups like The Murugappa Group and Rajshree Sugars. As an entrepreneur, business advisor, marketing consultant, and mentor at IIMB NSRCEL, Aarti has contributed significantly to start-ups, small, and mid-size companies. Notably, she launched an Edu-tech company during the pandemic for the tribal children of the Nilgiris. Aarti is also an avid outdoor enthusiast, often exploring offbeat places, and enjoys running, reading, and watching documentaries, sci-fi, and fiction in her leisure time.

TVS Prasad is an IIT Kharagpur graduate with over 25 years of experience across multiple industries, including FMCG, automobile, automotive, IT and software. His extensive expertise spans various domains, contributing significantly to the operational and financial strategy at Saka Organics.

Outside of works, Prasad is an avid traveller.

Jagadish Nath JB brings over 20 years of extensive experience in sales and business development to the Saka Organics team. He has worked across prominent companies like Hyderabad Food Products, Metro Cash and Carry, Walmart, Reliance Cash and Carry, Mugi Home Care, Udaan, and Solv. Jagadish has built a strong expertise in driving retail and sales strategies, particularly in B2C sales. He is passionate about expanding brand presence and delivering value to consumers. At Saka Organics, Jagadish will spearhead the B2C sales vertical, focusing on building a sustainable, customer-centric approach.

Tushar Kishnani brings a solid background in digital marketing and freelance work. He is Google Ads Certified and passionate about building digital strategies that deliver results. With experience in crafting data-driven campaigns, Tushar’s expertise spans across multiple digital platforms. His keen interest in tech, paired with a conservative approach to crypto investment, reflects his strategic mindset. Fluent in Spanish (Nivel 2) and a yoga enthusiast, Tushar’s dynamic skill set fuels Saka Organics’ digital growth journey.
