- Warm an adequate quantity of oil slightly and apply it directly to your scalp.
- Massage your scalp with your fingertips for 10-15 minutes in gentle circular motions.
- Distribute the remaining oil to the middle and ends of your hair.
- Cover your oiled locks with a shower cap or a towel. This will open your pores, leading to deeper oil penetration.
- Leave the oil overnight or at least one hour if you’re pressed for time.
- Wash your hair regularly with shampoo and rinse thoroughly. Condition your hair if required.
